About Me

Hi! 

My name is Gemma, i'm 19 years old and I adore baking and cooking in general. In September 2012 I started studying Fashion Design at university, but by November I realised that I wasn't passionate about it and so dropped out and moved back home. Since then I have returned to my part time job on the food counters of a small supermarket, and have been developing my passion for food. At the end of September 2013 I will be going off to university again, this time to study Art History and Heritage Management. The first term is abroad which means I will be living in Florence for 10-11 weeks, and one of the things i'm most looking forward to is the food!
This blog is a space for me to record my experimentations with baking and cooking, as well as anything else I may be doing along the way.
